At FlareLink, we are committed to providing high-quality strategic consulting. Due to the nature of professional services and digital deliverables, our refund policy is as follows:

Service Commencement: Once a consultation session has been held or a strategic report has been delivered, the service is deemed "rendered" and is non-refundable.

1. Retainer Fees

For ongoing compliance or business development projects, retainer fees are billed monthly. Clients may cancel future services with 30 days' notice. Fees for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.

2. Project-Based Services

If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, the client will be billed for the hours/milestones already completed. Any remaining unspent deposit will be refunded within 14 business days.

3. Statutory Government Fees

Please note that any fees paid to government bodies (e.g., UK Companies House, HMRC) for entity registration or tax filings are strictly non-refundable once the application has been submitted.
